In the words of SZA, "God bless these 20 somethings!"
The start of your twenties may be the most hectic time of your life, deciding whether you want to prepare for your future, have fun and be reckless, or do both...…
A lot of this also weighs in on your love life. We tend to date, hookup, situation-ships, and maybe even get engaged, but do we ever stop and actually think are we truly in love? Is it love, do we honestly have that true connection with that person, that we cant explain, but are willing to do anything for? Or is it lies, are we forcing ourselves to want to believe that you are in love, just to complete the fantasy we want to live in. Lastly, may it just be lust, do we just have a desired eye for that persons looks and the good/safe things we like about their personality. Love unlike feelings, doesn't come and go, its a commitment through all good and bad.
So before you're just ready to spurt out the most important 3 words of your life ( I love you, for the ones who didn't know ), truly think is it love, lies, or lust.
Because best believe this 20 something will never get them confused again! Lastly learn to love yourself first and understand your boundaries so you can understand what you want out of an relationship.
